Open e-IRG Workshop

The Open e-IRG Workshop will be held in Rome, Italy, on November 10-11, in the headquarters of the Conference of the Rectors of the Italian Universities. The event is organised under the auspices of the Italian Presidency of the European Union.
The opening session will feature, after the introduction and the welcome salutes, two guest keynote speakers from the EC and ESFRI. The workshop will then follow three plenary tracks:
- "Outlook towards eScience and International Research Infrastructures"
- "ESFRI projects" (focusing on projects in ESFRI’s prioritisation list)
- "European e-Infrastructures for Data Management and Computing"
The last two tracks will also include a panel discussion.
Participation is free, but registration in advance is mandatory, due to limited capability (registrations will be closed when 80 participants will be reached).
