In order to enhance the international dimension of the project , the partners of DC-NET 51  who are not partners in DCH-RP as well as a number of representatives of developing regions in the world have been invited to participate. Their  contribution   is  mostly  related  to  feedback  and  review  of documents produced  by  the  project,  submission  of  best  practice,  participation  to  surveys, questionnaires and interviews. This activity is expected to be contributed on voluntary basis by the participants.
